Founder of 4M Design Group, Mark has been practicing Architecture for 28 years. Mark received his Masters of Architecture, with a specialization in Historic Preservation from the University of Florida in 1981. He also attended Harvard University under an Interim Studies Grant in 1980. He was an Adjuct Professor of Architecture & Interior Design at Florida State University, has guest-lectured at the Preservation Institute in Nantucket, and is the current President of the Florida Trust for Historic Preservation. Mark is also a registered member of the AIA.

Shane has 11 years experience working in Architectural firms, and he has worked with Mark for 8 years. He graduated from Florida A&M University with a Masters of Architecture in 2004. He is currently finishing his IDP requirements and taking the Architectural Registration Exam. Shane has also guest-lectured at Florida A&M University.

Erika has 3 years of architectural experience working with Mark. She attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte SOA for two years, and graduated from Florida A&M University with a Bachelor of Architecture in 2006. She is currently fulfilling her IDP requirements and taking the Architectural Registration Exam.

David has 4 years of architectural experience, and has worked with Mark for 3 years. He graduated from Florida A&M University with a Bachelor of Architecture in 2006. He is currently fulfilling his IDP requirements and preparing to take the Architectural Registration Exam.

KKae graduated from Strayer University with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration in 2006. Her expertise in sales, administration, and accounting make her integral to the day-to-day operations at 4M.
